What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For complete sets the MOQ is 100 sets; pushers, mats, and accessories also start from 100 pieces depending on the item. Exact starting volumes are in the MOQ table above and are always confirmed on your quote.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Shenzhen. Most US buyers choose FOB Shenzhen (we deliver to the port) or CIF to a major US port, and we work with freight forwarders experienced in toy/ game imports.
Can I mix SKUs and colors in one shipment?
Yes. You can mix SKUs to fill a container and, from 200 sets, mix case colors within a set line. This lets you test several products without separate MOQs.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Letters of credit (L/C) are available for qualified buyers on larger orders.
Are your tiles NMJL-compliant?
Yes. Our American sets include 166 tiles with 8 jokers and flower/ season tiles, English-labeled, compatible with the current National Mah Jongg League card.
Can you prep inventory for Amazon FBA?
Yes. We offer FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, suffocation warnings, and carton labeling for an added service fee so cartons arrive FBA-ready.
What does "tiered pricing" mean?
Unit price drops as volume rises — typically at the 100, 500, and 1,000+ unit breaks. Because every order is custom (volume, mix, packaging), we quote per inquiry rather than publishing a fixed price list.
