Send your logo, artwork direction, and target quantity. We sign a mutual NDA before reviewing confidential designs.
2. Quote & prototype
We quote by specification, then produce a paid physical prototype — real materials, real engraving — for your approval.
3. Production & QC
Approved spec goes to production with three-stage inspection. Photo reports at key milestones keep you in the loop.
4. Shipping
EXW, FOB, or CIF by air or sea. Need sets in Florida by a date? Air express has delivered event orders in under three weeks.

How many custom mahjong sets with my logo can I order?
Full-custom OEM runs start at 500 sets. For first collections, our Launch Program supports 100 fully custom sets after a paid physical prototype is approved, and the White Classic line starts at 50 sets per colorway.
Where can my logo appear on a custom set?
Common placements: tile backs, tile case exterior and interior lining, rack ends, pushers, mat printing, and retail gift-box artwork. We will advise which placements suit your material and budget.
What artwork do you need to start?
Vector files (AI/PDF/SVG) work best for engraving and print. If you only have a reference image or mood board, our design team can prepare production-ready artwork for your approval.
How long does a custom logo order take?
Sampling typically takes 7–12 days after artwork approval, and production 20–30 days depending on quantity and season. Air freight is available when deadlines are tight.
Do you sign NDAs for custom designs?
Yes — we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share artwork or creative concepts, and we never reproduce client designs for another buyer.
