We manufacture American mahjong, so you can sell it with confidence
Mahjong Market is a Shenzhen-based manufacturer and wholesale supplier. We started with a simple frustration: finding a proper American mahjong set meant slow overseas retail shipping, confusing listings, and tiles that were hard to read. So we built the factory we wished our customers had — and now we supply it directly.
Today we manufacture complete 166-tile American mahjong sets, quiet padded mats, tile pushers, racks, carrying cases, and the official National Mah Jongg League card — all from our Shenzhen facility and shipped worldwide. Our tiles are labeled in clear English, our mats keep game night peaceful, and our bundles make gifting easy. Most of all, we make it simple for U.S. importers, retailers, and clubs to source factory-direct with full OEM/ODM support.

Our journey
From a tile molding workshop to a full-scale American mahjong supplier — here is how we got here.
2017 -- Started as a small tile molding workshop in Shenzhen
We began with just a few molding machines, hand-finishing tiles one batch at a time. The focus was simple: make tiles that were crisp, legible, and durable enough for daily play.
2019 -- Expanded to full 166-tile American mahjong sets with NMJL-compatible specs
After repeated requests from U.S. buyers, we built out the complete American set -- all 166 tiles, jokers, and the NMJL-standard card slot. Every tile label was checked against the League's official chart.
2022 -- Added OEM/ODM customization line -- custom tiles, cases, and gift boxes
Retailers and clubs wanted their own branding on the box, their own tile colors, and custom gift bundles for the holiday season. We set up a dedicated customization line to handle those orders without slowing standard production.
2025 -- Monthly capacity reached 5,000+ sets; shipped to 12+ U.S. states
We now produce over 5,000 sets per month and have shipped to buyers across more than 12 U.S. states -- from California to New York. The shop floor runs two shifts, and our quality lab clears every batch before it leaves.

ISO 9001:2015 certified
Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every process -- from raw material intake to final packaging -- is documented and audited.
Monthly capacity: 5,000+ sets
Two shifts on the production floor keep output above 5,000 complete sets per month. Accessories and custom runs are scheduled on a separate line.
3-stage quality inspection
Every batch passes three checkpoints: raw material inspection, in-process dimensional check, and final visual/functional audit. No batch ships without a signed clearance form.
MOQ thresholds
100 sets for standard orders, 50 for accessories, 500 for custom OEM runs. Trial and sample orders are welcome -- we want you to see the product before committing.
Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF
We offer EXW (Shenzhen warehouse pickup), FOB (Shenzhen/Yantian port), and CIF (delivered to your nearest port). Air and sea freight both available.
Payment methods
T/T and L/C for production orders. PayPal accepted for sample and trial orders so you can evaluate the product before placing a larger commitment.

Injection molding machines
Dedicated lines for acrylic and melamine tiles. Temperature and pressure are calibrated per material -- no shortcuts, no mixed batches.
CNC engraving stations
Tile markings are CNC-engraved, then hand-checked against the NMJL reference chart. Every character, number, and symbol is verified before the batch moves on.
Climate-controlled wood workshop
Premium racks are cut and finished in a humidity-controlled room. Wood movement is the enemy of a good rack -- we keep conditions stable so the fit stays tight.
In-house quality lab
Drop testing, color-matching under D65 lighting, and dimensional checks on calibrated gauges. If a tile fails any spec, the batch is held until the root cause is fixed.
