What is the MOQ for a private-label line?
Full custom tile + case branding starts around 500 sets. If you want a lighter touch, the White Classic 30mm line supports custom case colors and logo from 50 sets per color, and partial customization sits in between — tell us your target and we will fit the MOQ.
What files do I need to send?
A vector logo (AI/ EPS/ PDF) in CMYK with outlined fonts, plus your Pantone references and any packaging copy. Full artwork spec is in the section above. Raster art at 300 DPI is acceptable for simple marks.
Can you print my logo on the tiles themselves?
Yes — we can laser-engrave or print your logo on tile backs across our acrylic and melamine lines, and print your full artwork on the case and gift box.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means you bring the design and we manufacture it; ODM means we supply a proven design that you brand. ODM is faster and lower-risk if you do not have finished artwork yet.
How long until I can launch?
From artwork approval, plan roughly 7–10 days for sample, 15–30 days for production, and 20–35 days ocean transit to the US — about 6–10 weeks end to end. Start 2–3 months before a hard launch date.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before receiving proprietary designs, and your artwork, molds, and specs are never reused for other customers.
Can you handle Amazon FBA prep?
Yes — FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, suffocation warnings, and carton labeling are available so your private-label inventory arrives FBA-ready.
